Start by finding the values of Ra and Rb.  

 

Ra + Rb = sum of downward forces.

 

Take moments about, say, Ra to find Rb (then you can find Ra).

 

dV(x)/dx = -w(x)   where w(x) is the load distribution (i.e. the kN/m terms), so integrate to get V(x), noting that there will be a discontinuity at the point load.

 

dM(x)/dx = V(x), so integrate V(x) to get M(x), again noting there will be discontinuities at the separately applied moments.
