Here's the graph and my calculation of the best-fit straight line.

Note that in the function pc the year is relative to 2000.  For example, for the year 2015 you would just use 15.

 

I don't get any of the listed results for the year 2015.  

 

(Note that in real life it wouldn't be sensible to extrapolate so far from the measured data).
