Hee's another possibility......

[(1 + 9) + (7 + 8) ] * [(6-5)+(4-3)]*2 =

[10 + 15] * [ (1) + (1)]*2 =

[25] * [2]*2 =

[25] * [4) =

100

P.S. - I still like yours better......

Not to be mean but yours is not a possiblity because you used subtraction and you can only use addition and multiplication.
