Assuming that the main operation is the division, we get:

6 to the second is 62 = 6 x 6 = 36

2 times 3 plus 4 is 2 x 3 + 4  =  6 + 4  =  10

36 divided by 10 is 3.6

However, just starting from the left to the right, using the order of operations, we get:

62 ÷ 2 x 3 + 4

=  36 ÷ 2 x 3 + 4

=  18 x 3 + 4

=  54 + 4

= 58
