what is the square root of 7 plus the square root of 3 over the square root of 7 minus the square root of 3?

you need brackets so that everything on the top is divided by 4.  Then it will be correct.  

if you rationalise the denominator (multiply by multiplying by √7 + √3) . Thats gives 10 + 2 √21 / 4.
