Melody theres nothing between 3 and 14 , the asker is telling that if the value of x is 3 then whats the value of the expression!Nothing else!its just some gap between 3 and 14 and they are not relating to each other!

So wed solve the expression like

out here as we are given the value of x so here im placing 3 in place of x to solve the expression!

14+12*3   ( first we will multiply 3 and 12 and then add the result by 14)

=14+36  (now simply add)

=50  ANSWER
