$$log_3\left(\dfrac{1}{3^1\;3^{0.5}}\right)+2\\\\
=log_3\left(\dfrac{1}{3^{1.5}}\right)+2\\\\
=log_3\left(3^{-1.5}\right)+2\\\\
=-1.5log_3\left(3\right)+2\\\\
=-1.5*1+2\\\\
=-1.5+2\\\\
=0.5$$
