If each circle had a diameter of 10cm, then they have a radius of 5cm (half of the diameter). Then, we could find the circumference of one of the circles using C = 2*pi*r. Since each circle has the same circumference, then the total of these three things must be the wire length. I think you should be able to take it from here.
