The y-intercept is -5 and the slope is zero.

You see when the line crosses the y-axis which is the line in the middle, that is the y-intercept. in the graph it crosses the y-axis when it's y-value is negative 5. The slope is zero because there is no change in it going up or down. As you can see the line remains flat which gives it this slope of zero.
