Need more information!
-3-4+3 = -7 + 3 = -4.
I know because one of the districts starts August 12 and I am pretty close to that district. None of the other districts in California start that day either. However, not sure of the specific school...too many here! California is too big...by itself, it has the 6th largest economy in the world...
Dr. Jeremiah has an incredible explanation...quite thorough and something I would probably read when I am more refreshed!

Find a common denominator: Easiest one would be 3 X 7 = 21...this means that you have to multiply -2 by 3 and 1 by 7 -->
-2(3) + 1(7) / 21 -->
-6 + 7 / 21 -->
1 / 21 or 0.0476190476190476.
Oh, you have school tomorrow! I know which part of California you are from now....
From 0 to 100 at intervals of 25 would be the most convenient way since we have y-values of 24.97, 49.94, 74.91, and 99.88 which all round up to 25, 50, 75, and 100, respectively.
22/120 --> 0.18333333333 --> 18.3%
4x - 3y + 2z - 3x - y + 3z = ?
4x - 3x - 3y - y +2z + 3z =
x - 4y + 5z.
-3 - (-2) = -3 + 2 = -1.
