Factoring Trinomials of the form x^2 + bx + c HELP

I can't seem to figure this one out.
z 2 + 4bz + 16b 2 = (z + ?b)(z + ?b)
I can't seem to figure out what would be the product of 16 and the sum of 4. I believe both of these are to be positive so I'm at a lost.
