Looks to me you got it !
DUe to the triangle side length theorem, the max it could be would be 17 8+10 >17
the min would be 5
12 + 5 >16
5 6 7 8 9 ......17
(2x+7)(2x+5) = 120 would be one way.....you can multiply the l side to get
4x2 +24x - 85 = 0
We want to go 3 /(3+5) = 3/8 of the way from A to B
x: from 2 to -4 is -6 3/8 * -6 + 2 = ..........
y: from 3 to 15 is +12 3/8 * 12 + 3 = ..........
Just add up all of the areas of all of the sides:
tops 5x8 in2
bottom 5x8
back 5x8
front 5x8
sides (two) 2 * (8x8 - 4x4) in2 Total 'em up !
Multiply the numerator and the denominator by -3 - 4i Try that ....then you can re-post here if ya need more help....
He took some summer time-off. If you click on the leaderboard his account will re-show.

Expand the left side....then combine with the R side to get an equation =0
then ....if the disciminant of the Quadratic Formula = 0 (b2-4ac) there is only one solution
use this to solve for j (there may be more than one)
distance/ rate = time
360 / r = time
330/ (r-6) = the same time
360/r = 330(r-6)
360(r-6) = 330 r
30r = 2160
r=72 m/hr
