7th grade sucks

I have mentioned this before, I am in 7th grade. My question is that in 5th grade, I learned about ecosystems in textbooks. So why are my teachers teaching it in 7th grade? Has there been any major changes to the education system since 2018?

How many non-congruent triangles with perimeter 16 inches are there whose side lengths are all integer numbers of inches?

I got (2,6,7),(3,5,7),(4,5,6)*3 = 9.
