That doesn't make sense to me whatsoever. The sum of angles X and Z is over 180
That looks more like this:
Every side is decreased by 400/11%
14 / 22 = 0.636363 or 7/11
x = 15 * 7/11 = 9 6/11
y = 18 * 7/11 = 11 5/11
z = 14 * 7/11 = 8 10/11
∠AED = 128 degrees
Inradius r = 3/2 = 1.5
Semiperimeter s = (3x-1)/2
Triangle area A = r (s)
r = {sqrt[x2-((x-1)/2)2] *(x-1)/2 } / (3x-1)/2
x = 3 + √7
I'll let you find the area of ΔABC
x + 37 +7x - 9 = 180
8x = 152
x = 19
BE = BC = 8 BD = EF = 2 BG = 5 CH = 4
∠CBE = cos-1(BG / BE)
∠ABC ≅ ∠ACB = 1/2(180 - ∠CBE)
AB = BH / cos∠ABC
tan∠EFA = 30 / 18
DG = tan∠EFA * DF
[DGF] = 30 cm2
or
18 / 30 = 6 / DG
DG = 10
[DGF] = 1/2(10 * 6)
Hope that my diagram will answer your question.
Scale 1 : 1 There are a lot of different methods to calculate CM.
Try these coordinates: C (0, 0) M (7, 7)
CM = √98 = 7√2
