Imagine 4-5 feet of snow maybe less (usually it's like 2-3 feet like Ohio), many times your power will be cut off by cold weather, lots of rain, and lots of times during the Winter it can get below 0 degrees. I had to run out there with 2 heavy coats when it was the Winter whether or not it was below 0 degrees, because that's how cold it got. Oh btw I lived in the mountains, so the weather was a little more extreme. I'm sure Atlanta isn't as extreme compared to where I lived.
