3s<180 -> 3s=180 -> 180/3=60 -> 3(60)=180, so s=60 which that means 60<180.
You have to multiply the any number to both and top, but bottom must be 10 or 100 and then divide.
Example: 6/25 -> 25x4=100, 6x4=24 -> so the answer is 24/100 -> 0.24 or 24%.
