Soo, write down 0.75/1 and multiply both 0.75 and 1 by 100, this would give you 75 over 100. You see, when you multiply 0.75 by 100 it turns it into a whole number, 75. Then you want to simplify the fraction, 75/100 is 15/20 and 15/20 simplified is 3/4. For a three digit decimal you would want to do the same steps as the 2 digit but with 1000 so like 0.625/1, then you do 0.625 times 1000 and 1 times 1000 and so on, there you have it, you have just converted a decimal to a fraction.
