You can't say that with 100% certainty, you need to gather the stats on how many users use the valuable answers provided by this forum to cheat and how many users don't. It might even be that most users DO use the answers provided by this fourm to cheat...

The hint could be an explanation of how to use a certain formula to solve the problem. For example, when the guest asked for the answer to 164x + 37y = 1, CPhill could've just shown the guest how to use the Euclidean Algorithm instead of giving the guest the answer.
