I feel like we should consider the clapping cat as a new member of its own. :P
This cat, on average, claps about 8.9 times per second.
Welcome, whover this wonderful new member is!
The answer is 12, my amigo.
-441.

The value of the ratio of the circurmference to a circle to its diameter. It's an irrational number, so it never ends. (3.14159265358979...)
It's also the sixteenth letter of the Greek alphabet, but I'm presuming that wasn't what you meant by pi. xD
Thanks! :D
-And yes, it was a 5-day work week. Probably should've specified that. :P
I'm particularly fond of pumpkin pi:

11b - 15.
Simplifying equations like those usually just involves combining like terms:
7b + 4b = 11b
-10 - 5 = -15
so 7b - 10 - 5 + 4b = 11b - 15
