There are many ways to solve this the simpliest is you have 52 card, you cant draw that card again but you can draw any other card in the deck so that is 51 possibilities for each card so it would be 52*51, and get the answer given, this is if the order of the cards given matters, if it does not it would be alot more complex i remember getting this problem when i was in pre-calc, the question is worded incorrectly dont worry about it.
C. for this one, You are looking for the possibilities of getting ace of diamonds, and an ace of spades, you could draw the ace of diamonds first then the spade or the ace of spades first then the diamond so thats two possibilities. You are looking for the probability of draw that combination of cards, out of all the possible combinations you could have drawn. You know from the previous question there are 2652, possible combinations. and then as previously stated there are only 2 ways to get an ace of diamonds and spades. so
