 994 days later would be a wednesday   day 995 of her life

996= friday

997 = sat

998 = sunday  

999 = MONDAY       day 1000 of her life

every 4 th digit of the result is a '9' ...all of the other digits are zeroes

ten 9's  =  90

This is a dome shaped parabola (due to the negative coefficient of t^2)

   the ma will ocur at a  't' value  = - b/2a    where b = 8   and a = -1           then t = 4

     put t= 4 into the equation       -(4)^2 + 8(4) -4 = max value = -16 + 32 -4  = 12

This is a bowl shaped parabola   and factors to 

(n-3)(n-6)        the zeroes are at   n = 3 and 6   it is negative in between....

                           the largest integer would be 5 where it is still negative

Find the slope, m ,  of the given line.....do you know how to do that?

PERPINDICULAR slope will be  - 1/m

then     use the line form    y = -1/m x + b      sub in the x,y point given to calulate 'b'

  100x = 72.72727272....

100x - x = 99x  = 72       x = 72/99     this is the numerator.....

           now do similar for the denominator....then do the division to get an exact answer.....

denominator = 27/99

72/99  /  27/99   =   72/27 = 24/9= 8/3 = 2 2/3
