Yah...it appears that way.... the image upload works fine....people have issues with their machines and OBTAINING an image to actually upload.....that is not a problem with the website....it is a problem with their machine or technology or knowledge of how to use it.....    I tried to help...I gave instructions that work on MY machines ......  sorry folks.....you will need to learn how to obtain the image on your machines....there are many different scenarios.

Most people have no problem with the imgae upload...it is pretty straightforward....sorry for your 'issues' ....
