If you're trying to find out what b is then you should know that b is the y-intercept. So you just choose one of the coordinates and substitute it into the equation. I'll use A's coordinates.

y=-3x+b

4=-3(-2)+b

4=6+b

So to get from 6 to 4 you subtract 2.

b = -2

Are you posting every question of your homework on here? Your not going to learn anything by making us do it for you. Maybe you should have a go at your homework questions yourself first before asking us to do it for you. It's ok to ask for help if you truly get stuck, but you shouldn't be asking us to do your whole homework for you. Who knows; you might get all the answers to your questions yourself if you have a go at them. I'm sure whoever set you your homework won't have set you anything you couldn't already do. For A it's simply asking how far Jo has walked after 10 minutes. So A is 1km.

For B I believe it's asking for how many miles Jo will walk per hour for the speed.

So, 1km is 0.6 miles; so in 30 minutes Jo has walked 4km. So 4km is 2.5 miles.

So, in 1 hour Jo would walk for 5 miles.

So for B, Jo is walking at 5 miles per hour.

Answers:

A) 1km

B) 5 miles per hour
