RE^2 =18^2+24^2 (24 side length- 6 BE= 18)
RE=30
PR^2=24^2+24^2
PR=33.94112.....
Cos(PER)=30^2+30^2-33.9411...^2 / 2 (30) (30)
cos(PER) = 0.36
acos (0.36) = Angle PER
PER = 68.899803975907 degrees

Using PSF
Product=-14
Sum= -5
Factors= -7, 2
Now using this:
(x-7)(x+2)
That is the simplified aka the solved form of this equation.
