Clearly a bug in the web2.0calc graphing as it has drawn the square root of the absolute value of x.

You don't show what your graph looks like. If it looks like the one below then you've plotted the square root of the absolute value of x:

You do the calculation!

Equate the two volumes and rearrange to find v.
