a di has 6 sides each holding a number 1,2,3,4,5,or 6

first you must find all the EVEN values:

2,4,6

now the  multiples of 3:

3 and 6

\(\frac{the possibility of an even number or a multiple of 3}{the possibility of rolling any number}=\frac{4}{6}=\frac{2}{3}\)

No it's UNDEFINED!!!_{sorry for my foul language}

The reason is because any number devided by 0 is UNDEFINED 

for example 8/0 = UNDEFINED

1,000,000/0= UNDEFINED

2/0=UNDEFINED

therefore 0/0 = UNDEFINED!!

the error in the problem is that it has no equasions so we cant see wether the value increases or decreases or even how much
