  .03 / 12 = .0025    is the 'r' in the equation     AND 'n' will be the number of MONTHS

     n= 10 yrs  x  12 mos/yr = 120 periods

   = 95 (1+ .0025)^120 -1)/.0025 = $ 13275.43

h(x)= y   for the table....just substitute the value of 'x' in to the equation to find the 'y' value for the table

Example   x = 0

     h(x) = y = -0.001(0)^2 + 0 =    0

     h(x) = y = -0.001(200)^2 + 200 = 160

Fill in the rest of the table the same way and you will find the highest value (given the values of x that you have in the table)
