instead, its the opposite way, sorry, 250/1000 and then simplify the fraction multiply 1/4 by 22000 to get the cost!

so we know that 1000 grams are in a kilogram, since the material costs $22000 per kilogram, we just multiply 250 by 1000, then we just multiply 250000 by 22,000 to get the total cost! Hope this helps, whymenotsmart^m^
