EP is correct.....the difference here is in the words  "of" and "more"

Consider......if the question had said the price was 100% of what it was....it would be exactly the same price  = $100

But...if the question had said the price is 100% more than what it was.......the price would have doubled = $ 200

Since the question uses "of"....consider

100% of  $100 =  $100

200% of  $100 =  $ 200

300% of $100  =  $ 300

So......350%  of $100  =  $350
