So

9 /10  = 36/40

And

5/8  = 25/40

So

36/40 + 25/40   = 61/40 = 1 + (21/ 40)  = 1.525

And since reference angles are measured from the x axis, the reference angle for 130 degrees = (180 - 130) = 50 degrees

x^-3 = 12

This says that

1 / x^3   = 12      rearrange

1/12 = x^3         take the cube root of both sides

³√(1/12) = x  = about .4368

That is pretty neat...!!!

In other words, not very good......to see this....if every person in the US bought one ticket, there would be - on the average - only one or two winners , out of every drawing !!!  (Of course, this doesn't always happen.....sometimes no one wins....other times, there are multiple winners.....)

Just take the tangent inverse of (12/5).......be aware that this might also be a 3rd quadrant angle....so, you need to also add 180 degees to your answer the get the second angle
