"Infinity" isn't a number ...it's a conceptual idea......
Thanks, kitty<3, for enlightening me !!! (I apparently don't get out enough !!!)
Is that poem one of your own creations?? If so, maybe you could help DS with his project better than I can !!!!! LOL!!!!
[I take it you must be a cat-lover....just a guess!!! ]
I think you must mean 31° and 23°
The length of the runway is given by
1.8km*[tan(90-23) - tan(90-31)] =
1.8km* [ tan(67) - tan(59)] = about 1.24 km
Here's a pic of the situation........
Remember that -2^2 is really -1*(2^2) = -1 * 4 = -4
But (-2)^2 = (-2) *(-2) = 4
So, in the first case, the exponent only applies to the "2"....not the"-1"
Whereas, in the second example, the exponent apllies to the "-" and the "2"
6 + .50h = 2 + 1h where h is the number of repair hours
Subtract 2 from both sides and .50h from both sides
4 = .50h
Divide both sides by .50
h = 8
And the charges will be equal after 8 hours.....!!!!
I guess I'm not very hip....what's an Acrostic Poem ??????
I think the "31mc006-1.jpg." isn't necessarily a common unit of angle measure in trig........!!!!!
Re-post ????
MY PET ROCK
My pet rock was shy and aloof
Until he was much older
Now???
He's the life of the party
And you might say
He's gotten somewhat 'boulder"

Sorry, Pyramid, I don't understand your question.......can you be a little more specific about what it is you wish to do????
-12.8 / 0.2 = 64
4.5 / 0.5 = 9
So 64 + 9 = 73 !!!!
