The first one....the grades of  the entire class are variable......the answers to the other three questions are not.

I'm not that familiar with this, but from doing some quick research, I believe a statistical question has to have some variabilty built in to it.

So, for example, only the second choice is a statistical question because the number of pizzas sold each day is variable. The other three questions have known answers (i.e., no variability)....
