(x-6)^2 = x^2 -12x + 36           so -12x = kx-10x      solve for k in both instances   and add them...

H/F  *  F/B   = H/B  = 7/4 * 8/5 = 56/20 = 14/5

so  H/B = 14/5     if B= 50

      H/50  = 14/5      H = 50 (14/5) = 140 houses
