I got it! Thanks!
(also choosing what first doesn't matter, i just learned that :o)
We have 10 choices for the first chief, no doubt about that
then 9 choices for the supporting chief A
ASSUMING A officers are inferior to b, we have 8C2 ways
Then 6 for support B
then 5C2 for b officer?
Really? that's it?
just use the area of pyramid
Anyways, i THINK it's
~370.85
probably wrong
ahh yes
i did it a different way
this is easier though
substitute
13(y+6)-6y=22
expand
13y+78-6y=22
isolate
13y-6y=22-78
combine
divide
done.
but you do it yourself
no idea
all i see is 34choose34 = 1
Should be a, if i am not mistaken
f(x)=(x-2)^2(x+1)(x-3)
Isnt this and the other thing you posted,
https://web2.0calc.com/questions/help_37869
the same question?
I know this problem.
We just had this writing last week.
They're probably in my class, even.
I'll try to find them out.
Create a System of Equations:
25x + 5(x+16) = 590
solve yourself
9*7=63
Since this is an isoceles, angle A and B = 75
Now we do sin and cos stuff here
6 sin 75 =~ 5.8
6 cos 75 = 3.1
and i think the area would be (3.1*5.8)/2 which is 8.99 ~ 9
not exactly
but eh
Or use point slope
we know slope is 3
so
\(y-3=3(x-4)\\ y-3=3x-12\\ y=3x-9 \)
so -9
