Angle  A and  B are equal  =  75 degrees

6 sin 75 = height =  ~ 5.8          6 cos 75 = 1/2 of the base       base = 3.1

area = 1/2 base * height =  1/2   3.1  *  5.8 =  9 units2

Since this is an isoceles, angle A and B = 75

Now we do sin and cos stuff here

6 sin 75 =~ 5.8

6 cos 75 = 3.1

and i think the area would be (3.1*5.8)/2 which is 8.99 ~ 9

not exactly

but eh

6*cos75º = 1.55291427

1.55291427 * 5.7955495 = 9

There is also an area formula for a triangle:  Area  =  ½·a·b·sin(C)

where a and b are two sides of the triangle and  is the included side.

For this problem:  Area  =  ½·6·6·sin(30o)  =  9
