Is the answer 36?
can't be that easy right?
This is how I did it:
A perpendicular bisector is the mid-line that cuts through a triangle.
If AD=20 then AB should also be 20 since they are identical.
DF=16 then BF should also equal to 16.
20+16=36

Remember that the question said "half of the first part and one-third of the second part".
1st part= x 2nd part=y
we just need to set a system of equations:
x+y=84,
1/2x-1/3y=12.
y=84-x
we now know what y equal to, so we put "84-x" into the second equation.
1/2x-1/3(84-x)=12
1/2x-28+1/3x=12
1/2x+1/3x=12+28
3/6x+2/6x=40
5/6x=40
x=48
y=84-48
y=36
we will put the answer in (x,y):
(48,36)
Let's count. Fix the blue side of the cube to be on top. The 2 reds can be 1 on bottom and 1 on the side. 1 on the side and the next adjacent to it. 1 on the side and 1 opposite it. The greens fill up all the other sides. All other possibilities can be rotated to one of these. So there are 3 distinct cubes.

Here is the answer:
x^2 + y^2 ≤ 4x + 6y+13
=x^2-4x + y^2-6y ≤ 13
=(x-2)^2+(y-3)^2 ≤ 13+2^2+3^2
=(x-2)^2+(y-3)^2 ≤ 26
radius= √26
the area for circle: (√26)^2 pi
the answer is: 26 pi
