Would 3/3 be 99.99% or 100%?

An 8 foot tall baby giraffe's shadow is 4 feet, which is half of 8 feet. That means a shadow of something would be 1/2 of an object's actual height. If the globe's shadow is 1 foot long, which is half of the globe's actual height, you would multiply the globe's shadow by 2. The globe is 2 feet tall.
