You can't put a decimal in a fraction like that, maybe you can for the working but not for the final answer.
Please don't talk to people like that, it is not nice. If it was obvious to Lexiparker27 he/she would not have asked the question.
It is good that you are answering questions but it is important that you don't people make people feel bad in the process.

The way 4338 has started it is good.
You can get rid of the decimal on the top by multiplying by 10
You can do that so long as you multiply the bottom by 10 as well.
Once you have done that you can look for common factors that you can use to cancel the fraction down to its most simple form.
