The rule  for a 90° clockwise rotation  is

(x, y)  ⇒  (y ,- x)

In other words .....  the original  y  becomes the new x  and  the the original x  becomes  the new y with a sign change

So

(10, - 4) ⇒  ( -4, -10)

D  =   sqrt  [ difference  in x coordinates ^2  +  difference in y coordinates^2 ]

So

D   =  sqrt   [( 1 - 2)^2  +  ( -3 - 5)^2 ]   =   sqrt [ (-1)^2  + (-8)^2  ]

I leave you to calculate  this.....I'll check your answer  if you want

The  midline  of  this  function  is  y  =  [ -9  + 5 ]  / 2   =  -4/2 =  -2

The amplitude of the  function  is abs value ( [-9  -5] /2)  =  abs value (-14/2 )  =abs value (-7)   = 7

The period  is  twice as  long as  the regular csc function

The equation is

y  = 7 csc (x/2)  - 2

Second  one.....since   MB  is an angle  bisector....then

x + 25   = 3x  + 5       subtract  x, 5  from both sides

2x  = 20            divide both sides  by  2
