This just means to "plug" the value -3 into  3 - 6x.....so we have....3 - 6(-3) = 3 + 18 = 21

(None of those given answers even make sense ....)

And we want to put this into g...so we have   (21)/3 = 7

Now...we want to put this result into f^-1 = (7)-2 = 5

And we want to put this result into f^-1 again = (5)-2 = 3

And we want t put this result into g^-1 = 3(3) = 9

Finally..we want to put this result into f = (9) + 2 = 11

If the question is meant as....what percent of the Orlando bill is the Dallas utility bill ??...then we have
