To use it, type in the number you want cube-rooted, click the button, and click the equal sign!

Yeah I messed up a little, I think I copied the wrong set of numbers for the wrong problem or something.

I actually didn't mean for the boxed numbers to be on the side like they did, it actually came by accident. Lol!

Maybe you can explain why this happened. I basically just ended the array, then put in the box command and it appeared on the side like so. I was hoping to box the not equal sign that's already centered, but when I tried to box it, it just kept spooling and didn't give me a result in the output box.

The highlighted is what I was trying to box:

Yup, you wouldn't make #2 negative, because the absolute values make everthing inside them positive if they are negative. If they are positive already though, you just leave them positive.

So #2's answer is 3/2, as Aziz said.

Absolute values make everything inside them positive.

For example, |-7| = 7.

But, they only make things inside them positive. So, if you had -|7|, it would become -(7), then -7.

See if you can use this info. to anwer those three questions of yours. :)
