I like math to an extent. Sometimes it's a bit overexcessive but still really cool. Math is like the universe, it seems like it's endless but one day man will find the answer that theory. A bit scary in retrospect.
When you are given a number instead of a variable, just sub in that number into the equation. Otherwise... x=2.

Please refrain from putting down other people. Just because a problem can be put into the calculator provided does not mean the concept is grasped. Sometimes people want to actually learn, can you blame them?

You would get an imaginary number... or i
Reason being that -1^(4/3) is actually sqrt^4((-1^3))
If you put -1 to the third power... you get -1
If you try to fourth root -1. You cant. This is why you get error because it's an imaginary number.
If you want to find the percentage just divide 4,600,000 by 200,000 then multiply that quotient by 100 and lastly slap that percent mark at the end of your answer.
