find x when f(x)=29

f(x)=-9x + 2

$$\\29=-9x+2\\
27=-9x\\
\frac{27}{-9}=x\\
-3=x\\
x=-3$$

Your fraction bust is great Saseflower but then you went a little astray

$$\\\frac{x}{3}+ \frac{x}{2} = 1\\\\
6*\left(\frac{x}{3}+ \frac{x}{2}\right) = 6*1\\\\
\frac{6x}{3}+ \frac{6x}{2} = 6\\\\
2x+ 3x = 6\\\\
5x=6\\\\
x=\frac{6}{5}\\\\
x=1\frac{1}{5}\\\\$$

It depends what you are talking about but "standard form" means "scientific notation".

Standard form of a line is    Ax+By=C

Here are some standard forms

$$10^{12}$$ 

That is a 1 followed by 12 zeros   

$$\sqrt{20}=\sqrt{4*5}=2\sqrt5

you have said that 1/2 = 1/3 = 1/6

Can that be correct    I do not think so!
