that question you just did you couold have cancelled the 3 with the 30, that may have been a smidge easier.  you probably thought of that and it certainly doesn't matter.

In Australia a billion is 1 million million so the answer would be

I think that your question has an error in it.  

sec=1/cos

cos is neg in 2nd and 3rd quadrants (All stations to central)

so sec is neg in the 2nd and 3rd quads too.

or you could just know that 50% = 1/2

and half of 100 is 50
