When performing multipaction of decimal numbers you multiply it like a regular number but it is easier when multiplying by tens you count how many zero's are in the factor then carry the decimal point to the right many times.

\(0.444444\times10\)

In this case we only have to move it once to the right 

so then we have 

\(0.4444444\times10 = 4.44444\)

so are product is 4.44444

I am curious if there's a possible pattren behind this.....

because Intrist is a percentage of what you take so when you dpo aloan you have to pay the original amount plus intrist and that percantage and the amount of money increases in the inristit depending on how much you took.

You must not be following a certain step I guess.

\(\frac{45}{100}=0.45\) 

\(0.45\times20=9\) 

so the answer is 9
