Put it into the calc like this

1121.5^(2/3)=

1.5x = 15/20 ounces

x = 15/20/1.5 ounces

then his overtime rate will be  w+3    dollars per hour

5w + 4(w+3)=66

5w+4w+12=66

9w+12=66

9w=54

because if it was 2.5 then you would  be dividing by zero and then the world would end !!
