but       27/100 = 0.27    you do however have the right idea with the n

but   $$\frac{43n}{198n}$$   where n is any real non zero number would also work

a=43n and b=198n      

a+b=(43+198)n = 241n       $$n\ne0$$

if a and b do not have to be integers then this can equal any real number except for 0

that is what I think anyway.

The fraction calc is not working at present BUT

you can just enter it as    (4+1/2)-(2+3/5)
