The question is meaningless.

Basicly add a 1 to each negitive

-1/-1/-7=1/-7=-0.1428

i dont know about the two slashes at the end

i believe this is the solution, never had such a porely Constructed question

hey i dont think this is a division type of problem. I think this is absolute value. 

if your problem is this: -|-|-7||, then the absolute value of -7 is 7. Since there is a negative sign in front, 7 becomes -7. Finally, there is another negative sign, which changes -7 back to 7. 

I believe thats correct
