193/12 km in 1 minute

193/12 * 60 km in 1 hour.

It is just 8:72
You do have to be a little careful, the units have to be the same in the first place.
Here they are both inches so that is fine.
now you can just simplify the same as you would simplify a fraction.
That is, you can divide both sides by 8 to get the most simple ratio.

For a start you can split that decimal up into 2 + 0.1875
now
0.1=1/10
0.18=18/100
0.187=187/1000
0.1875 = 1875/10000
That is how decimals work.
So one answer is just
2 and 1875/10000

Now, if you want to simplify the fraction part then you need to find a common divisor of 1875 and 10000
25 would be a good start. aAnyway you have to cancel down. Do you know how to do that?

There are many computer languages. I assume this is written in HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) HTML is the most common laguage used on the internet.
I am not very knowledgeable about computer languages so if someone you trust contradicts me, then believe them, or better still, research it on the net and make up your own mind.

What's different between even numbers and odd numbers

Even numbers can be divided by two to get a whole number answer.
2,4,6,8,10,12,.... are all even
any number ending in 2,4,6,8, or 0 are even (except for 0 itself, that doesn't count)

Odd numbers are 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17, etc
If it ends in 1,3,5,7 or 9 then the number is odd.

3x3=9 so 9 is a square number. That's the first one. I am sure you can find the others yoursels
the next square number would be 4x4=? etc. Just keep going and find the ones that you need.
