Oh yes, such is the joy. Such a treat for one fair maid to receive. What loveliness, what beauty.

The flowers hath such wonderous richness of colour and the fragrance would charm Venus herself. $$25-\frac{5}{25}\times 100 = 25-20 = 5 = 500\%$$

If you mean something else then you need to insert brackets.
